Years ago Apex tried some in this area. Once they got some contracts, they sold them off to someone else. If you do sign with any company, especially early on on a projected project, just be forewarned that company, and its terms, may not be the company who ends up with it in the end.

When I questioned the guy on what neighbors said yes he did divulge a lot of that info through his project mapping and what they already had agreements for. However, after comparing notes with the first 3 of the adjoining neighbors the story didn’t line up. I didn’t need to ask anymore questions. So do I believe my neighbors word, or do I believe the Apex energy guys word? Every one has gotten a solid NO from me ever since.
