| I live in north central Ohio and our county put zoning in place last spring. Apex helped to force it to a vote in the fall and it was 84.??% against the windmills. They will have a couple of representatives go around and the stories will differ a little between them. They held some information hearings but would answer every question. The county north of me also voted against them. They wanted to put in 650 foot tall windmills and were offering $27,??? a year plus a yearly adjustment. They wanted our farm not to put one on but so they have lesser setbacks on the neighbors. | |
