north central Ohio | I agree with if open to outdoors at all no slats just do bedding. Pigs if on pasture all should be ringed if you don't one huge slop hole. Last thing not sure I would locate my packing plant next to my barn where I am raising them for two reasons: 1. I have never been around livestock even if well cared for and pens are clean that you don't have flies 2. Small farming operations can have just as much smell as a 2400 head finishing barn and not sure your customers will enjoy this if you have store on location. Good Luck!
