If like here, your biggest obstacle will to get a kill plant that can meet specs to get certified...For 250 pigs/yr. many systems will work ,do some google searches
Personally white F1 gilts bred to Duroc makes nice meat.Even for speciatly mkt. Berkshire has fallen out of favor as small litters ,poor Mothering abilities.
