Yeah, $12/lb sounds more like holstein steaks. But I agree, some pricing is pretty deceptive, just like when the early small potatoes show up at the grocery store with a sign on the little basket that says $3.99 and you think that doesn't sound too bad, but when you look at the receipt it was $3.99/lb and cost more than a 10# sack of Russets.
Does this look like $24/lb steak?
