I usually try to at least put the year on concrete projects, you never know who will find it interesting or when.
One pivot pad we poured in 2012 has the year and a hand print of each of my boys on it, they were 5 and 2 at the time. The curb in front of my house between the driveway and grass has handprints from all four kids on it down near the far end.
Putting names/ initials in concrete?
