SC WI | I also think there was some momentum being built in the housing market prior to Covid. Even the farm market, things were pretty stagnant for 10 years, principals got paid down, items paid off, folks started having money in their pockets. Then Covid hit, supply chain interruptions fueled it even more, then money got injected into the economy and it just keeps going.
In summary, I am saying there were signs prior to Covid, supporting the idea of how far behind the numbers are lagging.
Where we go from here is anyones guess. I try to do the opposite of the masses….. Might get burned though. | |
