I'm still pretty surprised we didn't see a full point interest hike yesterday.
Me too but I am beginning to think the rate hikes aren’t ment to tame inflation but to put economic pressure on BRIC nations . Not sure. High interest actually hurts the same people that inflation does so it’s a double monkey hammer on them.
Money contraction slows inflation but the king dollar draws offshore money here and I think it’d encourage inflation. |
