33 when I Tore my rotator cuff in three places and also labrum was torn some. Doc went in with scope and cleaned up what was damaged. Three months of therapy and it is way better than prior to surgery. Still can’t throw a ball like I used to, wakes me up if I fall asleep with my arm Over my head. I would do it again.
