| Tore right shoulder 3 parts repaired soon 7 years ago . I couldn’t lift my my arm above my waist . PT dr said would lose more strength and mobility if hadn’t acted . Find specialist you are comfortable with and is recommended to you by family and friends. Ask questions of everyone. PT is So So Important ! Take pain pills before going to pt .For 3 days post surgery you will wonder why I did this but day by day improvement ….. it’s work ….. give it 6 months and full recovery in year !
