Not too bad. We got an old Cat 12 we grade with every year. Get some free pit run gravel from a neighbor and put gravel on the light spots. The soil here is a loess(wind blown silt) and the consistency of flour. So if you got a spot in the road that is thin on gravel, it will powder out in a hurry with loaded trucks rolling over it.
