Sarka looks like our Holland. Don't know how their griddle would perform next to a dedicated flat top like the Blackstone or similar. If its like our Holland, it will take forever to heat up, and then won't be hot enough to really sear a steak quickly. Then they end up looking and tasting like they were boiled instead of grilled.
The Blackstone heats up quickly, and gets hot enough to do a nice job searing, and still never have to worry about flare-ups.
We weren't sure, but really like it so far. | |
