I wouldn't do anything, sounds like a big case may be brought against pipeline.
Any idea of who the Plaintiff would be? Wondering if there's a main point of contact for info or if any farmers are working together with attorneys, Farm Bureau, and/or state Attorney Generals to fight the preference claims, similar to the VeraSun and Dean Foods bankruptcies.
