Yep, the lawyers work the deal for their benefit.
My son had some one take bankruptcy on him. They sent hundreds of letters telling what they had done. Billed the the company taking bankruptcy hours for each letter sent out. Then billed for the billing time. The attorneys got the whole deal, no moneys ever paid out. FYI. The attorney doing the work also owned the company.
