Fruita CO | If you bottomed out a banjo bolt hard enough to twist it off, the head & rotor are seized & the shaft is broken. The clearance is millionths of an inch, & bottoming out a bolt will deform the head...that's why they went to soft steel banjo washers, the old copper ones would squish enough to let the bolt bottom out. The marks won't ever line up because the rotor isn't turning. Then you broke the housing...so your whole pump is basically junk, not even good for a core. Sorry, but it sucks to be you... | |
