It's been many years ago now, but we used to provide foster care. I would have loved to have provided for the babies, but they were easier to place than teenage boys, so that's what we got. When my husband passed away, 3 of those boys who we managed to help turn their life around, came to pay their respects. Made it all worthwhile.
