Southern Ohio | Well, I forgot to get pics last night, so I've set a reminder for this evening. On mine, I believe the wires are all marked beside the motor when you take the cover off, but they weren't coded in any way coming down the line, so I wasn't able to tell which wire was which at the male "plug" (without taking the insulation off, which I didn't want to do). So, I basically just winged it. I hooked the switch up in the cab and ran those wires to the new female "plug" at the halfway point and hooked them up. I tried it out and it only operated one direction, which told me I needed to switch two of the wires at the female "plug" and it worked flawlessly when I did that. The only reason I was switching wires at this female "plug" instead of the "switch" in the cab was the "plug" was easier to mess with. | |
