Melancthon, Ontario | I think people are getting stranger. I have an auger for sale, older unit well worn but not wore out by any means. Its the cheapest one like it for sale in Ontario, and so far of the 2 people who have looked at it they tell me about how its just junk and they'll take it away for half price. Then get angry, like actually red faced and yelling, when I say i'll keep it as a spare for that.
Then the flip side, I sold a tired old 5ton flatbed. Guy drives in, asks 3 questions about it, never got out of his car. Came back next night with a wad of cash equal to my asking price, which had the letters OBO at the end of it, I give him the ownership and he leaves. Its been a month, truck is still here, he doesn't answer my phone calls. Cash is not fake, I did confirm that after he "disappeared" | |
