Here it is well known that if you run them( at least here on the east coast),,99% of the time they have so much to do they wont go after you.Local scum bag with 4 trucks, whom run double weight(yes potatoes bulk ),no logs,no drug test,no receipts,no comp,plenty of Meth,use this method with not many issues.Maine to North Carolina,,sweet potatoes north,,same deal,,FMCSA is only for people who follow the rules.They have only killed a couple people,,no one cares.Just get another co to run under.
