I think that is what my wife's chiro uses. A little clicker thing. My experience is it didn't seem to do a thing for me but my wife seems to get good results when she needs an adjustment. Just had treatments recently and has one this morning. Had severe pain in upper neck and is clearing up. Seems strange to me, but hey, it works for her so I'm ok with it. Neither one of us was very happy when she was in such pain.
