Melancthon, Ontario | That's the way it should be, but not the way the world works. Guys get bent out of shape pretty bad regarding pay equity. A lot of people would find they were worth about $10 an hour if they got paid for what they produced using the best employee as a benchmark. World is full of dead wood sadly, 30% of the people do 70% of the work.
I often thought a coffee shop would run a lot better with a dedicated staff of $25 dollar an hour employees; but they would all rather have 2 useless minimum wage earners filling the role. | |
