coast of Maine | Here we are one of the only two states without termites ,,no termite inspections required for sale,,Alaska is the next.I guess its just too cold too long,,now my place in South East Georgia,,OMG the insects,,hehehe,, I have a Termite inspection there annually .Got a quote for treatment from Terminex for 12,000$,,I was new to the area,,had my doubts,,got it done by a nice local company for 1200$ with 5 years free check ups.Terminex makes some $$. | |
