In this area we normally dig a 6 - 8" wide by 4 - 6" deep trench and apply 4 gallons of insecticide mixture per 10' of trench length. You will need to do the same thing around all the house support pillows. It is important that shrubs and other woody vegetation be pruned so it is at least 4" from the side of the house. If you have a wood fence the posts and fence panels should not touch the house.
