This was my 45th. I plan, Lord willing, to go to my 50th and then turn everything over to my son.
I hope he’s still not the hired man.
He is not. He has been renting land of his own for a few years and he and his wife purchased 150 acres last year. He makes all decisions on these fields, some of which (maybe many lol) are not decisions I would make. Some turn out great, some not so much. But that is how you learn. Our plan is to turn over rented farms and eventually our owned land over to him year by year over the next few years.
How many crops?
