We discovered that. In one minute we found the model, owners manuel, and parts list. I don't care what position the company is in, someone surely knows how to run a computer there, if not they better learn how or they will be lost in the dust. The dealer we are working with doesn't seem to be computer literate either. They were looking through parts books. This day and age computers rule.
Why can't anybody get it right?
