Cobra? Says that on Valve covers? They make those as aftermarket parts.
I'm not an expert but I think Cobra would be 428 Cid FE-family engine that will not fit on that body, no way! 302 Windsor will fit and original options are 260 and 289. It probably have 302 in and it is great engine for that car. Whit modern parts you get good easy driving engine whit plenty of hp + reasonable economical engine.
Just make sure you know what it is! Big chance it is not original engine....also if it was original 6 cyl car suspencion, steering, etc is different from V8 models.
