They are not very common in the US. I did visit Argentina several years ago and there were Ranchero trucks every where. It seems the Factory ford built them in was in Argentina and when Ford stopped production the factory and tooling was sold and the argentinians continued to produce Rancheros for many many years. watch out for the argentinian models they would be junk.
