SCNE | It's raining today so I thought I would post some pics of my winter project. I also thought I better wait until it proved itself out. It is an N6 Gleaner that I stripped down and made into a self propelled sprayer. It has a 1400 gallon cone bottom tank, a Fast 743P 3 pt. spray boom trimmed down to 72 ft. (turned around backwards) mounted on the front, 18.4R50 drive tires, and 14.9R24 steer tires, giving it about 28 inches of ground clearance. I'm using Raven components controlled by a JD Rate Controller and GS2 2600 display. I also put my ATU 200 in it to make it autosteer. It works pretty good and hopefully it continues to do so. I know, go ahead and tell me that it doesn't have any resale, but I'm not planning on getting rid of it anytime soon. I want to say thanks to Paul in Iowa for the steer axle parts and my neighbor crnfrmr for the spray boom. Enjoy the pics!
