Subject: RE: take a look at cleary

Iowa
Cleary built by next door neighbor. Walk door put in opposite corner from plan. Overhead door isn't centered in end--offset by mistake 2'. Entire crew quit half way through, building sat half done for a month. Neighbor is a cheapskate and got what he paid for.

Another neighbor built a Lester, and it blew down. Not blaming the building for that--it was a big wind--but he had to rebuild on his $$$. (He built a Morton the second time). Right next to him there was a Morton that they replaced for free.

Morton crew that works in this neighborhood have 50 yrs combined with Morton.

I'm sure there are good local builders around, but that being said, Morton is as good as any and better than most, and their warranty is TOPS. They have also replaced some faded steel locally free of charge.

I have been around several Clearys. They are either crappy to begin with, or they fade rapidly, or both.
