I'm not Plowboy, but know a little about that sprayer.  I'm pretty sure that's a Knight demount sprayer or one of the many copies out there.  They are built to fit on the rear deck of the normal JCB Fastracs.  Usually 500 gallon tank and 75 foot booms.  The sprayers are mostly found in Europe, but there are a few in the US.  As far as crop height, you are really only limited by the tractors clearance which isn't much different than most tractors.  I'm sure Plowboy can tell you more as that is his sprayer.
