I've rolled soybeans between first and third trifoliate. no problems.
I always leave the duals on and never see any damage from the wheel tracks.

I did a strip in my nieghbours white beans one year ( I was goinf to help combine them and he left it really ridge for clipping them ) He thought I was damaging too many when I was in there. At harvest he wished I had done the whole field.
