The neighbor did some no till beans, and harvested them at an angle because of cornstalk problems. Granted, we're really flat and don't have terraces around here. Have harvested terraces of wheat when I was on a custom crew in 2003, but never beans. Seems to me that you need to follow the terraces or else you don't get them cut, but you're having problems with not getting them to feed right.

It's a tough situation, but do you have an air reel? Might help them feed better if they are getting cut off and not falling into the header, but won't help if you are not cutting them and just pushing them over. Might need to change the way you plant the field?
