Qld Australia | Guys, How long does the poly sheets that are riveted to the bottom of the flex header usually last before getting holes worn through? I bought a used flex header last year with the poly worn out so I thought I'd try some Rhino liner product on them as in the back of pickup stuff. That lasted about 5 hours before we were back to bare metal. The Rhino guys took one skid plate (on a Case 2020) and put another product of theirs on to try but we have only done about 40 hours on that one before back to the metal so I suppose we are back to the poly sheets. We are in a sandy loam which I would assume would have a big influence on the life of these things. Just wondering which way to go next?
