My one set of grain trailers are factory synthetic grease bearings instead of oil. I love them, no worries about seals leaking and haven't had one bit of problems. Decals say synthetic grease only. Hubcaps don't even allow oil as they are a vent only. Originaly they were an option that they would give to farmers as they would be parked so long and seals would dry out and lose oil but am seeing more custom grain haulers with them now too.
I doubt that yours were factory greased but shouldn't cause a problem if the grease is good.
