I have wondered the same thing. We all hear stories. We all know things go wrong. We all have things go wrong ('cept on our operation). And no one has a picture? This is hard for me to believe. Maybe we are just a bunch of snoopy SOBs in the desert out here. Maybe we just don't have any other entertainment. But if some one screws up around here. Or has an accident, seems there are plenty of curious people to come see and take pictures of a mis hap. Plenty of cell phones with cameras. Digital cameras are a dime a dozen. And you question why no picture and you are ridiculed? Not worth the fight.
If it is damaging to someone--worth the fight. If it is not--people who just don't have enough to do, or have a lot of envy. That is the only conclusion I can come up with it.
They say seeing is believing-I sure haven't seen yet...
