Subject: RE: Curvetines

Driftless SW Wisconsin

Brian,

That is splitting hairs. However if a Kinze dealer has a Kinze planter customer with Kinze row cleaner wheels all across his planter and that customer comes in and buys ANOTHER set of Kinze row cleaner wheels and hubs, I think it is fair to say that somewhere in this transaction dealer personnel will be aware of where these wheels are going and why.

As someone on here uses in their signature line, a democracy (and its legal system including patent rights) works only among honorable people. I think most agricultural people are honorable and, if aware of the law, will follow the law and do what is right.

The reason there are few if any "used Curvetines" available as listed in the original post is that these work, especially in a year like this. To use a "lack of used parts" as an excuse to knowingly violate a valid US patent does not seem like an honorable thing to do. We have new ones  available.

As I mentioned above, we now have Curvetines available for shipment in a day or two.
