Iowa | I've got an early 4700 and it has a 4 position switch the first three positions are for different rates and the last being manual (the knob says "TEST") I turn it to "TEST" or manual and turn it on then bump the rocker switch for adjusting manual pressure to whatever pressure to flush the system and then it will run while sitting still.
