| I agree that there is something wrong with the pressure plate. I had a spring break once in size smaller than that clutch and everything seemed to work fine but it would not disengage. I put a new pressure plate in and everything worked good. The pieces of the broken spring evidently stopped something from moving even though pedal worked fine. One other thing to check if you have grooves worn in the clutch shaft where the plates ride, they don't want to slide on the shaft. Had that happen on old 900 Vers once. | |
