South Dakota | I think the the reason that they say it is not safe to transport in a farm situation is because the container is not full and there is a lot more pressure when the liquid start to slouch around and it could course the tank to move around or brake. Is much different then a full tank in the back of a truck that is totally in closed, and can not move as in the back of a pickup or a flat bad trailer.
