E.Central MN | I think the EPA needs to look at what alternatives are available for farm chemical use without trying to make everything into a 100% failsafe container. Anything that goes down the highway can't be made 100% safe. If they are loaded and handled properly there is very little likelihood of a problem. Stupid operators and even stupider drivers are the problem and no amount of regulations will prevent those situations. | |
