We have a 12/23 on a 4440. 6 seconds up, 5 seconds down. Speed checked on fresh start up so cold oil if that would effect it?? Seems slow but tractor is putting out approx 22 gal at 2250 psi so don't think its to far out of specs for the age.
One reason we checked is it was lowering slower than raising????Discovered lever wasn't allowing full flow through scv on the lowering cycle.
