We just got a new 12/23 kinze and ours does the same thing even with the speed turned up all the way. There was a post a while back on here about that and I believe that they are just slow to raise. I had an agco black machine before this and it would raise twice as fast as the kinze. Guess it's something I'll have to get used to.
