Getting gas in the crankcase somehow, causing it to be overfilled?? Is the blowby carrying oil into the intake. Could try pulling the blowby system off the carb or air cleaner and see if it still smokes. Will probably have more power with it off too. Be sure to plug the hole where you pull it off the intake though.
