Panotiller,

Save your blood pressure and health for more traumatic and important events.  As Cross Country said, they were only there because you were a financial asset to them, now you are a financial liability and they want you out.  Unfortunately, you don't want to get in these situations with friends because it is hard to seperate friendship and business, don't sacrifice YOUR business for a friendship that doesn't appear to be too deep.  You have every right to be farming that ground the way you are, if he is wanting to get rid of manure, he should have worked with you and traded fertilizer for silage.  He is out to make a buck and things are getting tough in the livestock business, it will for the row cropper too.  Stick to your guns, you know what your crop is worth, don't sell it for less.  If he chooses to hold a grudge over this, it is his choice, you extend the hand of friendship and give him the option to reciprocate.  Remember, don't sweat the small things in life, in the whole realm of life, there aren't too many big things.  Especially if you family is healthy and happy.

Eddie
