Lewisburg, PA | It was late when I wrote this so sorry I left out some details. It is 95 acres. For the last seven years a worked with my buddy that has the 600 cows I sub leased all 600 of his ground and grew croops to sell back to him. Five years ago we picked up a far right next to the dairy. We both were there to make the deal. I figured it would be another sub lease deal. He told me to just pay the landlord direct. So that lease was up last fall. The dairyman didn't want to take the time to go work the new deal out so he told me to just take care of it since I was paying the rent. This spring we couldn't get together on prices for haylage and corn silage . So I told them I would give back all the sub ground and just custom plant everything for him , but i said that farm so and so is mine . No argument about it till this fall he calls me up demanding this dfarm Should be theirs. I agree with him about this much ( . ). I think I know what is right but some insght would help thanks. | |
