Great dogs. Lost 1 a couple years back but the replacement is just as good. I go scouting crops on the 4 wheeler and he has no problem keeping up-good workout if it isn't too hot. Mostly a curl up in the corner of the house dog but will follow me from room to room-great with kids-and it goes without saying we have ZERO ground squirrels and unfortunately no-rabbits on our place.

Fun to watch him stalk ground squirrels, starts out at a slow trot and slowly speeds up. If they are more than 3 or 4 feet from the hole before they spot him at full speed they don't have a chance. He has learned to use things like the corner of the house and shed to watch for them at an angle where they can't see him as quickly.
