You could use a portable drill for fasteners. I am surprised there is no market for these post in other states....Like SD or Minnesota. The plastic posts I mentioned are great but I bet after 10 to 15 years they get crisp or ultra violet rays break them down like many plastic jugs....since that is what they are made of.
