| I thought i'd post to make you feel better......I have 11 cows we have lost 4 calves with one left to calve....its all gone wrong.
Lost one at birth-big calf hard push
Lost one due to pre-mature birth
Lost one at one week old...perfectly fine one day...dead the next
Lost one today, month old, perfectly fine yesterday....dead this morning (vet came out to take samples, calf had a belly full of milk but messed up lungs)
I try really hard to keep all of them but most years i loose one but four has been a nightmare.
