People can argue for days about 3” vs 4” and we farm a lot of ground with 3” from a long time ago. More recently 4” started being installed. The only people I know that will really push 3” are old school installers that like the extra footage on each roll. Personally, I would rather have 4” on 30’ spacing than 3” on 25’ spacing. I flat refuse to install 3”.
