Would like to leave the erosion factor out of this equation.
I'm not going to tiptoe around how covers will add more management to be done correctly to get equal yield let alone a possible increase but it's stunning to see how often erosion is just shrugged off as a cost of doing business and is looked at as it costs the land owner nothing. I understand it's hard to put a value on it and yield pays the bills but as a whole the entire industry needs to do better this department. |
